Before hitting the egg, I squirted some Worcestershire on the venison and seasoned with some sorta hamburger seasoning I've had in the pantry for awhile. Good eats! Sometimes simple is better.

@SmokeLife , I got the meat from my bro in law. I'm sure the processor he uses adds beef fat...the one I go to usually does. It's good stuff -- no gaminess.
