Before hitting the egg, I squirted some Worcestershire on the venison and seasoned with some sorta hamburger seasoning I've had in the pantry for awhile.  Good eats!  Sometimes simple is better.

@SmokeLife , I got the meat from my bro in law.  I'm sure the processor he uses adds beef fat...the one I go to usually does.  It's good stuff -- no gaminess.

Oh, but I doth recall a conversation where you talked about moving to Texas to live on a big ranch and buy multiple firearms, hunt game, drink Texas brews and make mecca journeys to Lockhart to consume BBQ. I'll buy your first case of Lone Star.

LOL.  Yep, if I win the lottery, I am moving to TX on a big behind ranch.  But that's just to get away from family and friends who would wanna mooch off the assets.
