Pizza patience pays off...

My first pizza usually takes longer and is not as good as my second or third.  Last night a got the dome temp up to 600 and then waited about another 1/2 hour before I put the first one on.  I shot the pizza stone with the infrared thermometer and it read 560 degrees.  This was the best first pizza I have made.  Patience paid off. Green pepper, onions, mushroom, sausage and pepperoni.
