@Eggcelsior I have access to a pit , but I'm not sure if the park would allow the burn barrel for coals or not. I wanted to do this originally so folks got first hand experience the way NC BBQ is done, but figured they wouldn't allow the cooker.Eggcelsior said:I'm debating on whether or not to bring my large. I'm thinking I might be able to bring a Meadow Creek PR-60. All coals are self-contained, so no need for a burn barrel.tarheelmatt said:
