Porterhouse!

I have been away from my Egg for 2 months in Mexico and was hankering for some BGE prepared food, my better half picked up 30 ounces of porterhouse, smoked at 225 indirect until 115/118 with a Apple wood then took the CI to 550/575 and seared for 2 minutes then flipped for 90 more seconds and rested for 8 minutes which finished at 133. Served with home fries, green beans and watermelon salad.
