Beer can burger and fries
Cooked up some beer can burgers for dinner tonight with a side of fries.

Seasoned ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, worcestershire sauce and steak spice.
Formed the burgers using a burger press I have. 260 grams per burger.
Stuffed with bacon(cooked), onion, mushrooms, red peppers and cheese. Wrapped the outside of the burgers with a strip of bacon.
Cooked indirect at 350f to 375f for about 50 mins. -
First I have heard of a beer can burger....looks delicious!1 XL , 1 LBGE , 1MM a very tolerant hubby and 2 hungry teenage boys with a lot of friends. I Love playin' with charcoal and sippin' Bourbon in Fenton, MI. Live Large!
