Review-
Brisket- for me brisket is pass/ fail- this was Pass
Pork- Incredible, even gave us the end piece for more flavor
Jalapeno Sausage- this is why I go there
Mac n Cheese, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw- All good

@FoghornI got there at 11.15- no line. When I left ~12.30 line wasnt bad. I have been there though and seen some longer lines but not stupid lines like other places.Foghorn said:Looks great. Wow! I just looked at the pics on their site. If it tastes as good as it looks, I'd sure go. If I ever make it to Austin, this is the kind of place I'll look for, good food without the hype... or the line. Sorry, Aaron.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I have to get over there. I haven't tried it yet. I want to go to Valentina's Tex mex BBQ also. Supposed to be really good
