We're more of a ribeye kinda family, than a T-bone one, but the store had some on sale the other day that actually had a decent amount of the tenderloin on it so I picked some up. Used some DP Raising the Steaks on it.
When the steak came off, I tossed on some asparagus.
My steak shots never look all that great. The lighting in our kitchen always makes the pictures turn out different than reality, but I thought this one was ok.
Little salad, some spara-goose and the steak topped with some sautéed 'shrooms.
That is all. Carry on.

Thanks. I wish I could offer some info on those, but my Mom found them and gave them to me (she's always giving me bbq and cooking stuff) and I threw away the package without really looking at it. Second time I've used them and they work pretty good. Had to bend them a bit to get the prongs parallel but no biggie.Rowlett, Texas

Steak looks great.
I totally understand about lighting. Lighting in my kitchen blows too. My next house will not have that issue.------------------------------
