Fresh salmon on the Mini with DP Raging River and Alder chips for smoke, Lions Mane Mushrooms from a local grower, with a broiled tomato on local lettuce on the side. A lovely Saturday dinner.

    Salmon and shroons, two of my personal favorites. Looks like a slam dunk to me my friend. Solid cook.
