So the owner is Liam O'brien and he's an old friend.  I used to rent out my garage (another house) to him for his wood shop.   He's excited about using the location.  He's a political refugee from all that mess in Ireland that just got his citizenship (although he's been here for 20 years).  Great guy.

He has had one event there recently.  He just bought the place this year.

The neighborhood is nice.  I will be inviting all the near neighbors over so they don't call the cops on the noise and smoke that we're surely going to generate.  I'm still trying to get a feel for who the immediate neighbors are, although I know two of the three adjacent neighbors and they're cool.

So folks, this is our band.  NSFW.  They are the most awesome band IMHO we could get.  And I hope this doesn't scare anyone away from the festivities.  But if it does, you probably shouldn't be there.  (also, my lawyers tell me this WILL be a kid-friendly event, and in no way does this reflect upon actual performance expectations of said band and underwriters of insurance policies that we should probably have but don't except our lawyers are slick mo-fos, etc, et al, bla bla bla).

In full disclosure, I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT WATCH THIS VIDEO.  My lawyers tell me that I must post it, however, so there we go.  10-4 java hut smokey bear out.
