Decided to make these on a lark. I didn't get too many pics, because they were sooooo good. Food this good goes fast!

In all seriousness, fries smothered with cheese and pork is one of my very favorites snacks. It ranks right up there with tater tots and onion rings smothered with cheese and pork. I can eat it until im sick. The plated shot is a thing of beauty my friend. For a great cook and a job well done, this cook easily earns the double seal my friend:
