Soaked some chicken boobs in Frank's for about an hr or so. Then on the mini at 400° direct
Sliced up and put on a whole wheat wrap with spinach,lettuce, Monterrey, blue cheese and a lil more Frank's
Rolled and ready to eat
Fine eating for a lunch.
