Those are some nice looking ribs and she as learned well from the master.  My son at 6 isn't there yet.  He still complains about the bark and crust on on his steak.  He calls it the black stuff and I have to cut it off all the time.  He does love ribs and he would loves I bet.

Oh yes, weddings.  Best advice I can give for the father of the bride is: Let your wife and daughter handle everything.  And, most important, DO NOT ASK what it's costing.

My daughter called the XL her "spirit animal."
