I love my wife!!! We have a new BGE dealer in our city, and they were wanting to promote the Egg.They rented a booth at a BBQ competition this past Sunday. They knew that I have a couple of eggs and asked if I would be wiling to cook on two of their large eggs and demo them. We weren't in the actual competion. At first I was a bit hesitant, but after a little thought I decided to accept the offer. What a blast! 8 hours of set up, grilling and tear down. We grilled some corn bread, duck sausage, chicken wings and some steak. I had such a great time, I was kept busy between the two eggs. I was grilling and SWMBO was preparing the meats and distributing the end product to the people walking by. She did an amazing job for me.
At one point in the day she was talking with the owner and she asked about the mini ( not the max). She was told that the mini is being discontinued. She made arrangements to buy one for me. I am so happy, so now I will have a large, small, and the mini to cook on. Wahoo!.
So tell me what I should consider getting for eggcesseries. Want to be able to do some indirect cooking, so not sure what to do, if I should go with a woo setup or is there other options.
Thanks for any advice.

Good time at the bypass (assume you were in Langley) it sounds like, did not have time to drop by this year. You are going to need to expand the patio! Enjoy.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

@Skiddymarker. Yes Sir, we were there, tons of fun. As far as the patio goes, we will just have to squeeze them all together.

Large, small, and a mini -
Definitely get the woo to raise the grid. And the small pizza stones on Amazon for a heat deflector. Or a really small pizza.Judy in San Diego

Congrats on a great day egging @smokesniffer and on the upcoming Mini! Get the Mini Woo and pizza stones and you're set. It's a great little cooker. For me, it took a while to get the hang of how to load the lump (small to med pieces work best for me) and how to light it to keep temp under control for low temp cooks (I use 1/2 of a starter cube). I have really grown to love the Mini.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!
