Got a sample from Dizzy Pig of Chris' new creation
Tried it on a local raised pork chop on the Mini. A bit of coffee, a bit of cumin, and a little kick. I think Game On will be a winner! Tri-tip on sale at the local market, might try Game On on tri-tip this weekend...

Asking for tritip in FL is sorta like asking for grits up North. I'd love to egg a Tri-tip but, haven't found ANY local (any locals that know where I can get some locally feel free to chime in). This looks great!

@NPHuskerFL I think all Trader Joe's carry tri-tip if you can't find them anywhere else. They often come pre-marinated. To be honest I wasn't that crazy about the marinade, but on the last one I rinsed it, dried it, and put on a dry rub and it came out really good.NPHuskerFL said:Asking for tritip in FL is sorta like asking for grits up North. You could also try Costco. They usually have them here in GA.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
I used to get mine from Costco but not in the case last time. Asked the worker and he said they quit carrying it. I punched him in the gut and walked out.SmokeyPitt said:

I think you're safe under the "Reasonable Person" standard.XXL BGE, Karebecue, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Nah, a throat punch woulda been mean, a gut punch is just a subtle reminder of your screw up.Carolina Q said:
