Stuffed pork chops

A little late on posting these, but better late than never. Saw these stuffed pork chops at the butcher and finally decided to go for it. When I asked what they were stuffed with, the guy behind the counter told me it was a herb butter mix, but after pulling these off and slicing through we discovered they were filled with bread stuffing. Regardless they were delicious and I would definitely pick them up again.
