Haven't cooked all week... Looking forward to doing some bone in pork chops. Thinking about planking them and making some sort of peach, plum, blackberry sauce to go with them.
On call this weekend and keeping a weary eye on FLA and the approaching storm, hope everyone in her path stays safe.

As always Mr. Hap looks freaking stellar. Would be interested in a few details on the fruit sauce. Nicely Done!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

I feel your pain brother. I have been on call for over 2 weeks, but on night shift. Sadly the on call ends tonight and I start tomorrow night. Oh well, it is what it is my friend. Now on to the food.
