Last night's Meatball Subs on the Mini

My wife has been making these meatballs for awhile now. They are really good .. best homemade meatballs we've had so far. When she does a batch, she always makes a lot so we can freeze some for future meals. Pulled out a bag last night for these meatball subs with vodka sauce and Italian cheese. Mine also had japs, olives and feta cheese. Simple but good!

@northGAcock when did @Dyal_SC fire go out? The man has been posting epic cooks 4-5 days a week for two months solid. All I can say is nicely done!!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
