Ribeyes Garnished with Combound Butter

Compound butter with garlic and green onion. Served with cast iron red potatoes and asparagus marinated in wasabi infused soy.

I boiled the potatoes for 15 minutes then ice bathed them. Lightly fried face down inside, then topped them off on the EGG with pecan smoke. The asparagus clips are from Sur le Table, but you can find similar cheaper on line.

Food looks great though I would try less butter on the product and instead have some on the side as needed :-) LOVE the plate. I am going to do something like that for my next daddy daughter day at the local "petroglyph" location. Super cool idea, thank you for the post!

It looks like everything was garnished with compound butter, and that is awesome.
What is the red tray the butter is in?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
