Lamb shoulder chops and bone-in ribeye

Not a fan of lamb, but SWMBO loves it and it's her birthday, so...Turned out great, marinated the lamb in some garlic, parmesan italian type dressing. Ribeye, S&P and some EVOO. Oh, also cut some zucchini lengthwise, quartered with some EVOO and some italian seasoning.
My new way of oiling the grill is a slice of onion dipped in oil, works great!

Looks good doofus. Look for some lamb loin chops for her. They are great. Might even like them yourself. Like mini lamb ribeyes.

Try resting on a rack above a plate, loosely tented in foil. Even less loss of juice I feel.
