Maple Syrup BBQ Wings!

separated then seasoned with pepper and plow boys. then poured maple syrup and BBQ sauce all over them. 275-300 indirect for almost 2 hours. basted with more syrup BBQ sauce and plow boys after 1 hour. moved around a couple times to avoid hot spots. awesome!

Indeed fine job!!!! I like using maple syrup in various sauces as well. I'm lucky enough to have a few small sugar shacks or personal acquaintances who boil it up in small quantities to have a good supply of the really good stuff. I've came close a couple of times to just sort of baste wings with just maple syrup alone to see how it works out. It's great on pork as well. Again, good job!!!

I'm just messing with you above buddy. But I do consume a rather large volume of wings though. They are honestly one of my all time favorites.
