Just not fried, but what did you expect coming from me.
1lb of chicken with cornstarch and red pepper flakes

Broccoli gettin all crisp tender and then removed

Added green onions,garlic and ginger for a quick stir then everything goes back in with the sauce
Lets eat!!! Plated with basmati rice

Yep that's what I'm talking about. Now I want non fried Chinese food. Looks good as always man. Nicely done!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. It was 96° here when I fired the egg. No idea what the real feel was but the egg definitely made me hotter. That's what beer is for!!!
