General TSO's Chicken & Rice

Just not fried, but what did you expect coming from me. 

1lb of chicken with cornstarch and red pepper flakes 


Broccoli gettin all crisp tender and then removed


Added green onions,garlic and ginger for a quick stir then everything goes back in with the sauce 

Lets eat!!! Plated with basmati rice

    It was 96° here when I fired the egg. No idea what the real feel was but the egg definitely made me hotter.  That's what beer is for!!!

    You ain't no slouch yourself with a wok from what I have seen. Another excellent cook my friend. I'm going to have to start calling you brother wok if this keeps on ;)

    Love that stuff! I think cooks illustrated had a really good recipe for it. It had about 437 steps but the end result was tasty.
