The wife is out with work friends so rather than take Scoot out to dinner like I normally do, I asked her what she wanted me to make on the egg...
She said filet... And filet the lady will have. Picked up some prime dry aged steals from Wegmans this morning. Filet for her and a 2" NY strip for me...

That's perfect. You and the little lady enjoy the evening. My little ones are getting thin crust pizzas while the wife and I splurged on a couple of ribeyes. Only problem is July heat and humidity are back....I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

My house has a 16 yo, 5 yo, 2 yo and a 5 month old. The teen is the most difficult one 80% of the time. The other 20%, she's a great help with the kids! I know you've posted the pretzels before hap but do they come ready to go like that or is this a pretzel that you spread crab and cheese mixture on it when you get home?I raise my kids, cook and golf. My gal, now closing in on 40 seemed to always enjoy our daddy daughter date night, most memorable was seeing the rock opera Tommy together, we are both Who fans. I tagged her with the name Moonbeam as she was lost in the 60's. As a teen, huge Doors fan.
