If we hit the beach stateside we do this meal. Every time. Simple twice baked potatoes ad crab legs. Usually do shrimp also, but 4# of legs seemed like enough.
This year I had the pleasure of getting help from the eldest.
No egg today as I left the shrimp in the fridge for tomorrow.
