Did a favor for a friend and his wife and they came over the house to see the egg for the first time. And this is what he brought. Five 2" thick prime ribeyes...I just salted them nicely and cooked to 100 degrees internal at 300 degrees. I already had the potatoes going. Seasons with some rosemary thyme salt/pepper and oregano all from the garden. Added the asparagus towards the end. Took Vegis off and got the egg to 600 dome temp and seared till 130. These where awesome and now I think they are gonna buy an egg.
