Never even thought of that! We don't have many moose in Tennessee and that's only if you count the zoo. Deer, duck, goose, turkey, and dove for me. I'm hoping to branch out and find some different game around here to throw on the grill.

Game? I like to watch football inside while I check my temp readout on my phone.

    Wild turkey is good too.

BBQ is a celebration of culture in America. It is the closest thing we have to the wines and cheeses of Europe.

Drive a few hundred miles in any direction, and the experience changes dramatically.

Moose is like having an 800-1400 lb piece of tenderloin. They are rather lean, but very tender.

It's a double meaning for us Minnesotan's. We get excited either way!

I have some ground and chop venison in the freezer that needs to feed the egg.

Sadly I don't get to cook much game like i did in the past. I always really liked smoked wild turkey and wild hog a lot. Pretty fond of quail off the grill as well. Certain parts of venison is great as well but I always preferred the back strap fried. I would love to have the time to still get to hunt.
