Agree brother Double. The politics is killing me. Really wish that folks would refrain from it and stay on topic. As such, can you spot the Yeti Rodie in the foreground? I never did find it.

Nice deal! My family gave me an Engel for Christmas. Not as well known as Yeti. But I'll bet every bit as good. Congrats on the fine purchase!

The Engels are just as good. I have a small 13 quart Engel live bait box that can double as a small ice chest or lunch box. It has been a great little chest. Keeps bait alive much better than a plastic bucket. Nothing at all wrong with a Engel my friend.

In the saltwater world they are actually more popular than a Yeti. It would be a toss up between Engel and Frigid Rigid as to who was the most popular offshore.

The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten!

Yetis are like Ferraris.  They may not  come with those fine human beings, but they increase your likely hood of attracting them.

And like the Ferrari's, the maintenance bills are astronomical!

When I say such as that it's just a attempt at humor my friend. It should be more than obvious that I love bashing the dumbocrats almost as much as I enjoy eating.  Stray away my friend. No harm no foul.

i have the same engal bait box, will always wonder how much better their deep blue series is because i see no reason to upgrade that little box. really like how it plugs right into the boat to keep the smelts fresh and a frozen liter bottle keeps it 33/34 degrees all weekend

I haven't tried the deep blue series either. I'm sure it's top notch though basing it on how well the standard boxes work. If this one ever breaks or gets lost, I will probable upgrade to the deep blue.
