Got some bone in chuck short ribs and I'm curious how y'all cook them.

I'm starting mine now... I just use some Worcestershire sauce & DP Raising the Steaks. put them on raised indirect at 250' I will start checking with a skewer about 4.5 hours in. I will usually finish with a local red sauce that goes well with the beef. I've done these 3 times so far this summer (since seeing others try them on here) and each time has been better than the one before.Charlotte,NC

Sous Vide. 131 for 72 hours. Then a quick sear at 600 on the egg. You'll most certainly thank me after you have these.
