Looking for some good recipes

Got some bone in chuck short ribs and I'm curious how y'all  cook them.

I'm starting mine now... I just use some Worcestershire sauce & DP Raising the Steaks. put them on raised indirect at 250' I will start checking with a skewer about 4.5 hours in. I will usually finish with a local red sauce that goes well with the beef. I've done these 3 times so far this summer (since seeing others try them on here) and each time has been better than the one before.

Generally not, but the crew (wife & 2 kids) prefer them sauced.

Smooth going...then the rains came.

Sous Vide.  131 for 72 hours.  Then a quick sear at 600 on the egg.  You'll most certainly thank me after you have these.

I've read that you can go 48 and get a similar result but at that point, what's another day?  I love how these taste and would be disappointed if I waited 2 days and they weren't quite the same

I've been reading on here about Sous Vide. Need to make the leap sometime soon.

I would buy it again just for the ability to make ribs but chicken breasts, salmon, and steaks are cooked perfectly

Well, all things being what they are, the cook turned out well. Everyone was happy with the way the ribs turned out.
