LEDs will grow coral, but quarintine is a waste of time. Just flip the bag over and pour the little bugger in.

The Achiote paste is really good on chicken and pork. It's what chipotle uses on their chicken. It's also one of the main flavors in Cochinita Pibil. Shoot me a message if you want recipes or tips. Cool stuff.
