Double Egging the Holiday

Fired up both eggs last night for a double low and slow. SRF Black on the XL and a pork butt on the medium. I put the brisket on at 9:15 and the butt on at 1AM. Both finished at noon today. (lucky me) and then went for 3 hrs of FTC. Made some smoked mac and cheese, grilled asparagus and the in laws brought over a homemade apple pie. I forgot to take pictures of the pie but it was outstanding.  

Hope everyone's holiday was filled with food, fun and clean egg smoke.
