Memphis Style Ribs.
First time, trying the 3-2-1. My niece is visiting before going over seas to her parents new post with the state department. She said she liked ribs, so I got a couple of racks smoking low and slow over chunks of maple and pecan, (her favorite).

I used a thin layer of yellow mustard, and my own dry rub, which I have found is a universal rub and flavoring.
The weather is not cooperating, we have heavy rain hammering us. Hoping for the best.

The only thing the rain will bother is you!

Can't wait to see the finished product.
BTW, has your neighbor received his new BGE yet?---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada -
Yes he did! Honest to God I thought he was going to have a stroke. The very first thing he did was shove that Traeger to the curb. I went and got it, and put it up I'my garage. I am going to modify a couple pieces on it and give it back to him later. ( he does not know I have it.) He loves the egg, we all knew he would, and he has been cooking with it every day.TexanOfTheNorth said:The only thing the rain will bother is you!

I have got him registered and walked h through the warranty process. It is just a matter of time before he terrorizes this forum. He is a good person, just like all the eggers in here. He is one opinionated dude, and you will never need to ask him what he thinks.....TexanOfTheNorth said:

The greatest barrier against all wisdom, the stronghold against knowledge itself, is the single thought, in ones mind, that they already have it all figured out. -
Basically I cut them up and put them on a platter. They went fast. I shredded what was left (about 8 ribs) and made some BBQ sanwiches with what was left. I was surprised as to the amount of meat that was left.....dill pickles and extra crisp onion rings......SGH said:Looking good brother. Standing by for the finale.
