so I lit the charcoal up and and was letting it burn for some minutes with the kid up, and while the charcoal was burning I heard a pop and some charcoal pieces popped up. I hope I did not crack anything on the inside of the egg. Everything on the outside seems fine it I need to take out the firebox and see if anything is cracked on the inside.
