Ribeye and Grilled Romaine Salad

500*+ for the ribeyes. Smoked Salt an hour before grilling then cracked black just before for seasoning. During the rest of the ribeyes, grilled the cut romaine, brushed with EVOO and seasoned with salt and pepper. Topped the romaine with chopped hard boiled egg, crumbled bacon, blue cheese, and blue cheese dressing. 
Paired with a decent red. 
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
