Ribeye and Grilled Romaine Salad

500*+ for the ribeyes. Smoked Salt an hour before grilling then cracked black just before for seasoning. During the rest of the ribeyes, grilled the cut romaine, brushed with EVOO and seasoned with salt and pepper. Topped the romaine with chopped hard boiled egg, crumbled bacon, blue cheese, and blue cheese dressing. 
Paired with a decent red.

Sorry. SWMBO hardly tolerates that I take pics of the cook let alone plated pics. She gets it Though when I say I want to give back to the Eggheads that helped get me to where I am now as an Egger.
