Thick cut pork chop, Jaccarded, brined with DP Tsunami Spin, salt, Agave, and raised direct on the Mini, 350ish. Like butta'

That chop looks great! I need to try cooking pork chops again on my Egg. Did them once and wasn't crazy about them. Yours looks absolutely fantastic! Thanks for the inspiration.
