Did this at the TO Eggfest yesterday...
Blend together -
6 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 cups sour cream
4 eggs
1 1/3 vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
Mix -
3 cups sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 cups whole wheat flour
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. I fried up 1lb. of bacon and crumbled it up. Stir a little over half the bacon into the batter (of course you can use more or less depending on your own taste). Sprinkle whatever bacon is left over on top of the batter once it is in the loaf pans.
Bake at 350* for 45-60 minutes (depending on the size load pan(s) you use)
This recipe was intended for use in "standard" sized loaf pan but, I usually make it in the smaller aluminum loaf pans. It freezes really well

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

This was great. I snapped a couple pictures. I'll try to remember to share them this weekend.

I had enough batter to make 5 more loaves (which I did the next day at home) but did not have enough time to do at the eggfest---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti.
