Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd. -
Whatever gets the job done. End-game it's all lump. And some perform better than others (within the "better" parameters you define). That said, Frontier and Cowboy are brands that I no longer will buy.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

I made the switch to Central Market mesquite lump a couple years ago. That's all I use on my Egg now. On my Weber kettle, I just use Kingsford.

I throw in a bunch of cones, needles and dead sticks from underneath the big pine tree in our backyard. Puts out a lot of smoke but seems to work okay for us... Seriously though, my favorite is Rockwood.LBGE (still waitin' for my free T-Shirt), DIgiQ DX2 (In Blue, cause it's the fastest), Heavy Duty Kick Ash Basket, Mc Farland, WI.
If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard... -
Been using OO for past 5 years…can't find any lately. So, just ordered 100lbs of Rockwood from Firecraft…should arrive next week. Transportation free with orders over $100….can't beat that.Fairview, Texas
