I teach this dessert in many of my BGE classes and compete with it occasionally in KCBS so I figured I should share it with you guys. You have to try it. I teach if frequently because it is easy yet SO DAMN GOOD!

I prefer a little bit of a light wood in the cook, but you can exclude if it's too smoky for your liking. Also, the chocolate is optional, but I'm not sure why you would exclude the best part. :)
