My father is a new bge owner and fascinated with all the toys. He just bought this and mailed it to me. Pretty sure shipping cost as much as the item itself. Broke her in with some grass fed NY strips. I plated over a salad and forgot the dang pic! I swear it happened.

I love my cast iron grids. Many here like the CI pans, but I'm hard headed or stupid. Or both.Slumming it in Aiken, SC.

I'm the same as you. I use my castiron grids on all cooks except on the medium vision and that cuz I dont have one for it ( but I have laid my weber sear grate on top of the stainless one to get those marks).Jeremiah said:I love my cast iron grids. @TN2TX Are you taking pics with a cell phone? I find the only way to get cell phone pics to look horizontal is to actually shoot them horizontally. Anything vertical will rotate on the forum. Probably something stupid with Vanilla formatTN2TX said:How do you rotate the pictures?"The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. @Biggreenpharmacist ... Could I ask you for the diameter of the Weber sear gate? I'm wondering if it would fit in the CGS spider.Biggreenpharmacist said:... I have laid my weber sear grate on top of the stainless one ...

If it wasn't for my BGE I'd have no use for my backyard... -
Hey, get to the back of the line. Getting adopted is going to be like waiting in line at Franklin's ... no cutting.XC242 said:Could your dad send me one???

You may want to buy a spider from the Ceramic Grill Store then buy a small CI grate. This will allow you to get a very nice sear and you can also experiment with a reverse sear which is my go to method for steaks.Milton, GA.

Seriously, that's almost as bad as leaving a fork in the picture.Chubbs said:All looks good but the beer choice.
