How are these beauties looking @SGH ?
I'm sad to say at the moment they are still sitting in the fridge. Had some crap come up that I had to take care of. However all is not lost my friend. The large BGE is coming up to temp and online as I type. Wanted to do a low and slow but with time being a issue it looks like a turbo is in order.

I was 99.9% sure the wife would want to go out tonight so I farted around. Wound up eating leftovers from last night as she was "too nasty to go out" after hanging at the ball field all day. Turbo ribs on the MM would have been much better!  Oh well, still Monday!

Enjoy your day on the boat.

Here is my project for the day, 4 racks of the same Publix ribs. 2 for dinner, 2 to give away

Rubbed with yellow mustard and Blues Hog Rub. Will go at 250 unwrapped until done.

They came out great. Egg held 250 on the spot all day. Blues Hog is great rub. Kids and wife are happy, and recipients of give away racks (neighbors) were surprised.

Sorry no pics, worked in yard all day and by the time we ate I forgot all about pictures.

    Cheers all
