Cooked raised direct and direct at ~350*. Opened the taters at the end to release the steam and give them some color. 
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

    I'm going to be cooking the tenderloins for the first time this weekend and was wondering what sort of cooking time you experienced?

    @500 Looking good. I now foil/steam all of the veggies on the Egg.

    About 15 to 20 minutes, but go by internal temp, not time.  I use a Thermapen and measure it just at 160* internal at the thickest part.  Pull it and let sit resting loosely tented with foil for about 5 minutes or so.
