This is a tasty burger seasoning. If you find yourself in a RR, ask your server for a bottle. I think it is less than $5.

I have a bottle of this at home. A little bit goes a long ways and It's rather tasty stuff. It was less than 5 bucks.

As you might imagine I was faced with the challenge of how to flip this thing. I actually managed quite well with the grill topper you see in the pic and a flat cookie sheet. When it was time to flip I lifted out the topper, flipped onto a cookie sheet, and then returned the topper to the grill and slid the burger back on the topper. The big @$$ spatula sounds like more fun.
