Just a brat on the mini (pics)

Digging through the freezer I came across a single brat. Sounded like a job for the mini!
First things first...grab a Lone Star and light up the mini!

The lonely brat went on at about 400 raised direct on the mini woo. Seasoned with DP Swamp Venom.

Put the CI skillet on with sliced onion, bell pepper and green chile. Threw the brat in and added a little Lone Star beer.

Threw the bun on for good measure

Plated shot...love the mini for times like these. Thanks for looking!

Couldn't agree more. The minimax is getting a lot of attention lately (as it should), but don't underestimate the mini!SGH said:

LOL...I didn't think I would get this excited about a single brat but that looks outstanding.
Is that the brat and sausage bun from Kroger? I love those. They leave extra room for the feeeeeeeexins.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
@Walt2015 never scared to fire up the eggs!
