I grilled these little beauties last night for about 2.5 minutes a side. After grilling, I added a tab of homemade ramp compound butter on each while they rested under foil. I hope you enjoy the pics!

Very nice! Were the hash browns scattered and smothered?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

@SmokeyPitt I am not sure what those terms mean. The hasbrowns were cooked in a lodge cast iron pan with some canola oil and butter. I flipped only once and split the portion in two.

I was thinking if you are not from the southeast you probably have no idea what I meantAdrock said:@SmokeyPitt I am not sure what those terms mean. The hasbrowns were cooked in a lodge cast iron pan with some canola oil and butter. I flipped only once and split the portion in two.
. It is Waffle House terminology. It sounds like yours were just scattered. Awesome looking meal man. I'm guessing your steak was better than the T-bone at Waffle House
.
"scattered" (spread on the grill), "smothered" (with onions), "covered" (with cheese), "chunked" (with diced ham), "diced" (with diced tomatoes), "peppered" (with jalapeño peppers), "capped" (with mushrooms), "topped" (with chili) and "all the way" (with all available toppings). Recently, the option of "country" was added for hashbrowns with sausage gravy on them.[23]

Wrong move going to Waffle House while heavily intoxicated getting scattered, smothered, chunked, covered, and topped along with over medium eggs and some bacon.

My brother used to eat what he called the redneck taco. Pretty much everything you just said, but add a waffle and place all ingredients on the waffle and pick it up and eat it like a giant taco.tarheelmatt said:Wrong move going to Waffle House while heavily intoxicated getting scattered, smothered, chunked, covered, and topped along with over medium eggs and some bacon.
@Adrock- sorry to derail your prime steak discussion with all this talk of Waffle House.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
