Another New Owner

I have had my large egg a little less than a week and have only cooked burgers on it twice because I'm trying to keep the temps near 350° to allow the gasket to seal properly. 
I absolutely LOVE this thing and can't EVEN believe I waited so long to buy one! If you're cruising this forum and debating about whether or not you should take the plunge, DO IT!!!  You will not be sorry. :-)
