My Holiday Weekend...

Well, I'll be on call next weekend so I can't get too crazy...
Tonight I'm doing hot dogs, just a simple pack of hot dogs to go with some Shiner Prickly Pear that I have on ice currently
We are having guests over tomorrow night and I plan on doing tuna steaks with a mango salsa and some grilled asparagus. Probably make a batch of rattle snake tails for an app and have some Wegman's cup cakes for dessert. The one daughter of our friends that is coming is a vegetarian, so I am going to make her some zoodle stir fry
Great baseball weekend on tap with the Tigers squaring off with the Cards.

It's nice to do a simple dog cook. The egg can do some fancy stuff, but it's hard to beat a grilled hot dog sometimes.Steven
