Friday Salmon

A couple of filets and some fruit salad.  Nice and light.  As usual I cooked twice as much fish as we really needed.

What a healthy looking meal! Delicious too. Love salmon - need to eat more.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Scrape off the fruit and add a little tarter sauce, and I'd totally dig it. Very nice!

Even easier if you dump canned salmon in a pot and mix some tarter in.  Heat slowly.

    I detect a jester.

Sorry no offense intended. I actually really like tarter sauce. My mom thought fish night meant frozen fish sticks, so I both never gained a real love of fish but a weird affinity for tarter sauce.

Meh, I like peanutbutter and dill pickle sandwiches.    To each his own.
