Friday Salmon

A couple of filets and some fruit salad. Nice and light. As usual I cooked twice as much fish as we really needed.

Sorry no offense intended. I actually really like tarter sauce. My mom thought fish night meant frozen fish sticks, so I both never gained a real love of fish but a weird affinity for tarter sauce.Slumming it in Aiken, SC.
